So I was recently on the phone with my adult son, who I am very proud of, and we were discussing the challenging position of being a Middle Manager. The person in the middle gets pressure from all directions, up, down, left right, top, bottom, left and right.
Now during this call, as I was processing my sage advice, I hear "Don't drink the cat water!"
He has a Toddler/Crawler, so I knew what was happening at his house.
It struck me that I was hearing "Don't drink the cat water!" From the same person I once yelled at "Don't paint your sister!"
Life is a circle....
